Bartlett Decision Affirmed

E-mail Print PDF
The conviction of David Wade Bartlett was upheld by the George Court of Appeals.  After a 2006 jury trial, Bartlett was convicted of trafficking in methamphetamine and sentenced to 35 years to serve 15 in prison.  Barlett alleged that the evidence against him was insufficient to support a conviction and that certain pieces of evidence should have been suppressed.  The Court of Appeals determined that the evidence was collected properly.  The Court also found that the evidence supported his guilty beyond a reasonable doubt and affirmed his conviction.
