The Georgia Supreme Court has dismissed Charles Breazeale's Motion For Reconsideration. Breazeale failed to file his request within the time limits imposed by the Court. This denial effectively ends any appellate relief Mr. Breazeale has in the Georgia courts. Breazeale was convicted by a Houston County jury in 2004 of cruelty to children and family violence battery.
