Houston County District Attorney

Kelly Burke is a graduate of Georgia Tech (1981) and Mercer Law School (1984). He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and admitted to practice in the Superior Courts of Georgia; Georgia Court of Appeals; Supreme Court of Georgia; and United States District Courts in the Middle, Southern and Northern Districts of Georgia. He teaches throughout the country on technology in the courtroom and ethics/professionalism.

He is a member of the Prosecuting Attorneys Council of Georgia. He is active in developing technology and automation solutions for prosecutor offices.

Kelly was elected in 1996. Kelly and his family reside in Warner Robins where they are active in sports, schools and church.
