Kelly R. Burke, in recognition of Emory’s twenty-one years as a licensed attorney and desire to effect positive change, charged her with the primary responsibility of diverting select criminal defendants from the traditional prosecution process to Pre-Trial Diversion. Emory D. Christian graduated the John Marshall Law School, Chicago, Illinois, in 1986, and is admitted to practice law in Washington, California, Indiana and Georgia. Although having experienced success as a civil litigator, Emory has most enjoyed working as a prosecuting attorney since January 2000 and as a Houston County Assistant District Attorney since February 2007.
