Daniel P. Bibler joined the office as Deputy Chief Assistant Attorney in February, 2011, following 13 years as an assistant district attorney in Georgia's Southwestern Judicial Circuit. During that time, he handled almost every variety of criminal prosecution at all levels. Prior to that, he served three years as an assistant prosecuting attorney in Carroll County, Ohio. He brings to this office his experience in trying capital cases and other serious violent felonies with a firm commitment towards fair enforcement of Georgia's criminal laws.
Dan received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Denison University in Granville, Ohio in 1989. He went on to receive a M.A. in social ethics from Yale University, and his J.D. from The Ohio State University where he served as an associate editor for The Ohio State Law Journal. |
