Kirby H. Wincey, Jr.Graduated from Mercer Law School in 1991 and worked for the District Attorney of the Macon Judicial Circuit from 1991 until 2012. Joined the U.S. Army in 1972 and served 4 years before going to Georgia Southern College and getting a B.S. in Criminal Justice. While still working toward his degree, joined the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office in 1980 and remained there until 1986 when he joined the Macon Probation Office. During this time he received a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Georgia College in 1986. Kirby has handled mostly
narcotics cases his entire career.
