Welcome! The Narcotics Division prosecutes all felony drug offenses in Houston County, including trafficking cases, manufacturing and illicit lab cases, distribution and sale cases, possession with intent to distribute and simple drug possession cases. ADA Daryl Manns and ADA Kirby Wincey are the primary drug prosecutors in Houston County.
This Division is also responsible for prosecuting prescription fraud/forgery cases, counterfeit controlled substance cases, and violations of the Georgia RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations) Act.
The Division also handles civil forfeiture suits arising out of drug-related seizures of property, including: currency, vehicles, weapons, houses, and other assets.
