2009 Project Safe Neighborhoods Calendar

We need your artwork! The Houston County District Attorney's Office has been awarded the 2009 Project Safe Neighborhoods (PSN) Grant for a 12 month calendar for school children which will seek to deter gang and gun violence in the Middle Georgia area. In order to get this calendar out, we need students to create artwork depicting the PSN message of Anti-Gun and Anti-Gangs.

2001 Honor School Trip Refund

Dean Rustin, the tour operator who was charged with theft in the cancellation of the 2001 Washington D.C. Honor Students trip by Houston County’s gifted schoolchildren has been arrested. As a result of his arrest, the final restitution in this case is being processed and will be mailed to the victims in accordance with the procedures outlined in this letter.

Online Case Access Setting Records

Online Case Access Setting Records

Case management system: The online case access system is now exceeding 300 requests per day on occasion, and is averaging over 275 cases per weekday. That means that almost 300 people a day are viewing the online case access system to see the status of a pending case in this office. Our case access system shows defendant information, court calendar information, charges that have been filed, and a disposition if one has been entered.
