Lukemire in the Superior Court of Houston County to 20 years to serve 7 years in prison without parole. Whitest was also banished from the county while on probation.

Child Molester Convicted, Given 25 Years

A Houston County jury found Marcus Freeman guilty today on all five counts of child molestation charged in an indictment. The jury deliberated for approximately one hour prior to its verdict. The trial began Wednesday morning and concluded with the jury verdict at 11:30 a.m. this morning.

Koch pleaded guilty to Theft by Taking by a Fiduciary and Making False Statements. He was sentenced to 15 years to serve 7 years in prison. His special conditions include that he commit no crimes of theft, fraud or violence once he is released from prison.
