Do I get "credit" for time served if I violate probation at the end of my probationary period?

E-mail Print PDF

Credit can be given for time served if probation is violated. However, a person can violate probation at any time during the course of probation and still face the same amount of punishment for the violation. This means, that if you violate probation on the first day of probation, you could face the same amount of punishment for violating that probation as you would for violating probation on the last day of probation.
