Kelly Burke, District Attorney: “All armed robberies are horrendous, but this was the worst of the worst. To pull a gun on a man in front of his family, to rob him, to force him at gunpoint toward his family, to threaten the lives of his family, is simply unconscionable. Through the good work of Det. Drew Dodson, our streets are a lot safer tonight because Bennie Walker is locked up for the next 25 years.”
