District Attorney Rabb Wilkerson announced that a Houston County Grand Jury indicted today Sade Shamon King, 23, and William Thomas Davis, 25, both of Warner Robins for their roles in the death of their two year old son on September 11, 2010.

District Attorney Rabb Wilkerson presented the case to the Grand Jury this morning. After presentation of the case, the Grand Jury indicted the Warner Robins couple on charges of Malice Murder, Felony Murder, two counts of Cruelty to Children, and two counts of Aggravated Battery.

Mr. Wilkerson requested that the Grand Jury find sufficient aggravating circumstances to allow the state to seek the death penalty. The Grand Jury did make such a finding, however, the ultimate decision as to that issue will be reserved until closer to arraignment later this year.

No court dates have been scheduled as to either defendant.
